This short PR adds the following features to RSLC workflow in regards to Caltone and calibration (radiometric and DC phase):

  • Fetch Caltone frequency from L0B telemetry if not provided in RSLC run config (or it is set to Null). This requires setting default value to Null so it can be set internally if not provided by user per L0B observation whether Caltone location is fixed or not.
  • Apply proper complex normalization on RX side when EAP is ON so it captures overall amplitude/phase offset variation from one observation to another due to changes in Caltone location, waveform generator resets, and mixed mode where pulse width varies. This allows using the same AbsCal for all products w/o worrying about mode updates.
  • Consistent NEB and backscatter values among all products with different onboard Caltone settings over the same/similar scenes when EAP is ON.

These features are tested for two 77 MHz observations RCID=150 and RCID=164 over Antarctica with totally different Caltone frequencies.
