Prepares 0.1.3. Publishing is a separate step once this merges.

• Version: every crate moves to 0.1.3 together, and the inter-crate requirements and Cargo.lock with them.

• CHANGELOG:

  • [Unreleased] becomes [0.1.3] - 2026-10-20.
  • Its sections are reordered to Keep a Changelog's order: Added, Changed, Deprecated, Fixed.
  • The compare links are updated.

• Upstream baseline: moves to drm-cxx d7641ed. Since 5e7047b, its only change to src/ is drm-cxx#387, which Move the upstream baseline to drm-cxx 5e7047b #128 already ported. P-108 now reads as following upstream.

• README status: names 0.1.3, with counts re-measured:

  • 1,103 host unit and integration tests and 28 doctests;
  • 247 device cases.

  "Forty-six issues filed" still matches docs/upstream-findings.md.

What 0.1.3 carries:

• the parity sweeps of drmkit-display, drmkit-cursor and drmkit-capture, and the fixes they found (P-76 to P-99);
• the off-screen plane fixes the SA8155P needed (P-100, P-101, P-106, P-107);
• the move to the new drm-cxx baseline (P-102 to P-105, P-108);
• CrtcColorPipeline::pause / PausedPipeline::resume, Renderer::prepare, edge_shift, vendor_0b_is_mtk;
• forget_for_session_loss, deprecated.

Checks:

• cargo semver-checks --workspace against 0.1.2 on crates.io: no semver update required in any of the 21 crates.
• cargo publish --workspace --dry-run packages and verifies all of them.
• cargo xtask check against d7641ed passes: 111 files, all mapped.
• Clippy over the workspace with all features, workspace tests and the rustdoc matrix pass.
