Overview
Release 0.28.0 bumps package/docs versions and changelog; the functional change is a new Images API binding for local image tagging on shared content storage.

Callers can use client.Images.Tag (POST /images/{name}/tag) with ImageTagParams / TagImageRequestParam (required target OCI reference with a tag) to create or update a local tag that points at an existing image without re-pulling. api.md and endpoint stats (63 configured endpoints) are updated accordingly, plus a skipped integration-style TestImageTag.

Tag path skips image name escaping

High Severity

ImageService.Tag interpolates name into the path without url.PathEscape. Image names are OCI references with slashes, so the request hits the wrong route instead of a single {name} segment. Get and Delete already escape this parameter, and image_path_test.go documents that contract.
