…peline Extends the mainframe reimagine pipeline from 4 to 5 phases by adding Modern Code Traceability as the final step. - Added workload-mainframe-reimagine-modern-traceability.md: new steering file defining Phase 5 workflow — target stack auto-detection, write-time annotation insertion, completeness gating, exclusion guardrails, session persistence, and traceability-modern.yaml artifact generation - Updated workload-mainframe-reimagine.md: added Phase 5 to pipeline table, resume detection logic (with disambiguation guard on dashboard row), user-facing messaging, and execution section
