The UpdateAgent API now supports description, ownerName, workloadTypes, jobOrchestrator, jobOrchestratorMetadata, deprecated, ownerContactInfo, and resourceDeletionNotificationEnabled in addition to the previously supported customerConfiguredAgentDependencies and marketplaceMetadata.

The PR looks fine, also existing steering has a complete agent card example already https://github.com/kirodotdev/powers/blob/main/aws-transform-agent-toolkit/steering/agent-registration.md#agentcard-structure.
Thinking whether it's better to explicitly mention in steering the tighten agent card validation.
