Temporary fork-only validation for coder/registry#1166. The upstream contribution was merged with latest
coder/registry:mainand contains only the eight PADE module/namespace files. Run the unmodified Registry CI/Go lint checks against head980f8a676d1ef6cea97855b83364f01c72a079a9. The module scorecard requires a secret available only to Coder maintainers and may fail in the fork. This temporary PR will be closed without merging after validation.
