Summary

  • upgrade Go, Bun, Node, Go modules, browser packages, lint tooling, container images, and CodeQL
  • pin local Go recipes to the version declared in go.mod
  • replace CodeQL default setup with a checked-in Go 1.27-compatible workflow
  • stabilize the edge backlog regression fixture and preserve Go 1.27 JSON behavior
  • regenerate embedded UI assets and third-party notices

Verification

  • full pre-push gate including deterministic UI rebuild
  • Go tests and race suite
  • formatting and golangci-lint
  • frontend tests, audits, and site build
  • govulncheck, Docker smoke test, and Trivy HIGH/CRITICAL scan

Align local, CI, release, and container toolchains with the repository pins. Stabilize the edge backlog fixture and preserve JSON parity under Go 1.27.

ci: configure CodeQL for Go 1.27

Default setup still selects CodeQL 2.26.3 and cannot extract Go 1.27. Pin CodeQL Action 4.37.9 so analysis uses the compatible 2.26.4 bundle.
