Use over_page_read() and over_page_write() for amcas.b/amcas.db.b too. The interpreter still checks guest permissions through page_get_flags() and no_right(); the over-page helpers only translate shadow-backed addresses through access_off. Signed-off-by: Wenqiang Wei <weiwenqiang@mail.ustc.edu.cn>
