Pull request overview
Updates Milo’s public-facing positioning to foreground the “one function, three surfaces” promise (CLI, MCP tool/schema, and llms.txt), aligning the README, site homepage, and package/site metadata, and adding an internal positioning guide. This fits the codebase’s emphasis on evidence-backed public claims without changing runtime behavior.
Changes:
- Rewrites the homepage copy and structure to lead with the shared command contract, verification, and boundaries vs. alternative tools.
- Refactors the README to be more product-led (proof-first) and adds a curated “Explore”/examples section.
- Aligns package/site metadata (descriptions + keywords) and adds
docs/product-positioning.mdas a reusable messaging reference.

Summary
Why
Milo's public surfaces previously mixed its primary CLI/MCP contract with detailed API inventories and terminal-runtime features before clearly explaining the product. This pass makes the core benefit legible first, keeps proof next to claims, and gives the personal Python project stack a consistent visual family.
Impact
Documentation and marketing only. There are no runtime, API, concurrency, or benchmark behavior changes.
