Description

Schedules the weekly release caller on the default branch, so a merged version bump is released every Monday without anyone dispatching it. The cron keeps the minute and hour already used on 5.x-dev, and the scheduled run also dispatches the 5.x-dev release through the other-branches sweep.

Steps to Replicate the Issue

1. Merge a version bump with an undated changelog entry to 6.x-dev.
2. Expected: it is released the following Monday.
3. Actual: nothing runs until the Weekly release workflow is dispatched by hand.
