Updated advanced module to be about Code Review

Given updates to existing modules, the advanced Copilot module was no longer very advanced. As agreed, it's been updated to contain other, GA, features. At this point, that is only Copilot Code Review. The coding agent, Spark, etc, will not be included until GA.
