Addressed feedback on PR #219 regarding potential double pipe (||) formatting issues in the workflow summary table at lines 768-776 of Using-GitHub-Copilot-CLI/README.md.

• Table structure verified: All rows correctly use single pipes (|)
• Checked commits: Both current version and original commit (b78ae83) show proper Markdown formatting
• No formatting issues found: Table renders correctly as standard Markdown
