Add a label on the PR so that PRs of different sizes can be easily searched on Github #864
Description
Summary
I'd like this action to add a size label based of the size of the PR and a label if tests appear to be missing etc.
Rationale
This will make it easier to find PRs which require attention. I can also use those labels to point agents to those PRs and instruct them to split them into PR stacks.

Hi Omer Katz (@thedrow), thanks for using PR Metrics and for the suggestion. I agree that this change makes sense, so I’ve created a PR to address it. I’ll need to test the change thoroughly before it can be merged and released, so it will take a while to get it out.

Hi Omer Katz (@thedrow), the build has now be released. Update to the latest version, v1.8.1, to pick up the changes.
