The InfoSec-SecurityResults group is no longer available in the UI Fabric project and is marked obsolete in ISS. Removing the unused reference restores YAML validation for the Contrib release pipeline. Summary
Remove the obsolete
InfoSec-SecurityResultsvariable-group reference from the Fluent UI Contrib release pipeline. The group no longer exists in the
UI FabricAzure DevOps project, so pipeline 212 currently fails YAML validation before a release can be queued. A same-named group in the separateuifabric/issproject is explicitly described as obsolete and removable from all pipelines; Azure variable groups are project-scoped.This also aligns Contrib with the release-pipeline cleanup behind microsoft/fluentui#36626. That ESRP migration applies to Fluent core and did not update
microsoft/fluentui-contrib.Verification
mainvalidation failure through Azure's pipeline preview API.-1, confirming no real run was created;Publish to NPM & bump versionsstep remains present;yarn prettier --check azure-pipelines.ymlyarn beachball check --branch maingit diff --checkNo release was queued and no Azure DevOps permissions or variable groups were changed.
After this merges, the release can be manually queued from
mainin Fluent UI Contrib Release.
