Two interactive-verified low content nits from audit run 2026-06-18T1231Z-b55b: - UC#2: rename "Add" button to "Add an agent" (live label) in both the learner file and source README. - UC#3: rename "Dynamics 365 Customer Service" channel tile to "Dynamics 365 Contact Center" (live label) in the learner file.
