Ruby 2.0+ reads source files as UTF-8 by default, and
rabl.gemspecalreadyrequires Ruby 2.7 or newer, so the
# -*- encoding: utf-8 -*-line isredundant.
test/msgpack_engine_test.rbkeeps its# encoding: iso-8859-1line: thatone is not a default and still matters.
Verification:
ruby -c rabl.gemspecand loading the gemspec both succeed.
