Simplified Chinese translation improvements

1. Punctuation normalization

Replace fake ellipsis ... with proper Chinese ellipsis …
Replace ASCII quotes "..." with Chinese quotation marks “”
Replace ASCII em-dash —— (U+2014) with proper two em-dash ⸺ (U+2E3A)

2. Terminology consistency

Standardize "复制" (copy) to "拷贝" throughout

3. Formatting improvements

Add spaces between numbers and measure words (e.g., {count}个 → {count} 个)
Fix spacing around English words (e.g., 在npm上查看 → 在 npm 上查看)

4. Translation fixes

"paginated": "枫叶" → "paginated": "分页" (fix incorrect translation)
"social": "社媒" → "social": "社交媒体" (improve wording)
"我们是什么" → "我们在做什么"
"granularity": "粒度" → "granularity": "周期"
BlueSky → Bluesky (fix brand name)

5. New translations

Add package.stats.size_tooltip translations

Chinese Ver (中文翻译)

简体中文翻译改进

本次改动主要对翻译进行规范化和修正：

1. 标点符号规范化

将 假的 省略号 ... 统一替换为中文省略号 …
将 ASCII 双引号 "..." 替换为中文引号 “…”
将破折号 em-dash —— (U+2014) 替换为更规范的 two em-dash ⸺ (U+2E3A)

2. 术语统一

将「复制」统一为「拷贝」（如：复制命令 → 拷贝命令）

3. 格式优化

数字与量词之间添加空格（如：{count}个 → {count} 个）
修正变量与文字之间的空格问题

4. 翻译修正

修正错误翻译："paginated": "枫叶" → "paginated": "分页"
改进措辞："我们是什么" → "我们在做什么"
改进措辞："granularity": "粒度" → "granularity": "周期"
修正品牌名：BlueSky → Bluesky
