Analysis framework for isolated photons, neutral pions, jets, and correlation observables from ALICE tree-based inputs (AliPhysics/O2Physics style).
- Edit one of the run configs (for example
RunConfig.yaml) so dataset paths match your environment. - Run the main driver:
python3 start.py --config RunConfig.yaml
- Enable workflow steps in the config (
doMakeHistos,doPurity,doPlotting, ...) as needed.

- Prepare or convert input trees (helper scripts in
tools/). - Configure datasets/train configs in a
