Removed a stale `// TODO: Fix with .webp` comment in app/books/books.tsx — the Kitchen Confidential cover already points to `public/images/books/kitchen-confidential.webp`, which exists and is a valid WebP file (RIFF/WEBP magic verified). Checked: `make lint` and `make format` pass with no changes; `make build` fails, but with the identical `useContext` null error during `/_global-error` prerender on the untouched tree, so it's a pre-existing environment issue unrelated to this change.
