Because this entry is included in the first 100 bookmarks, app/bookmarks/atom/route.ts interpolates its title directly into <title> without XML escaping. The bare & therefore makes /bookmarks/atom malformed XML, causing standards-compliant feed readers to reject the feed; XML-escape bookmark fields in the feed or avoid the reserved character.

Adds Langfuse to the bookmarks list dated October 18, 2026, using the add-bookmark skill to generate the UUID and format the page title.
