Use the current local date for the bookmark
In the configured UTC environment, this commit was created on 2026-10-19, but the new entry is dated 2026-10-18. This misdates the saved bookmark and, because app/bookmarks/atom/route.ts derives the feed's <updated> value from BOOKMARKS[0].date, leaves the feed timestamp unchanged from the preceding bookmark; set this date to 2026-10-19.
