Refresh Lucide to 1.67.0, Pagefind to 1.6.0, Pele to 1.13.0 and the shared Wrangler pins to 4.156.2. All satisfy the two-day cooldown. Incorporates #299 and the canonical brand-skill guidance from #293; README now follows the pinned runtime without a stale version number.

Validation: 298 Node tests, 140 translation tests, a 15,548-page shell build, R2 artifact preparation, shell smoke, Chromium visual checks, WebKit Mermaid checks, community-control checks, and the Worker dry bundle passed. Both npm audit and Dependabot alerts report zero vulnerabilities. Independent P0–P2 reviews found no actionable findings.

[Remote proof](https://crabbox.openclaw.ai/portal/runs/run_f175e202c924f31bb106410a9ab5f42f). The first translation run lacked the `python` executable on its image; the single affected test passed with a task-local alias to `python3`. No repository workaround was needed.

Source-owned documentation and translation behavior remain unchanged. PR #279 remains held for its documented integration and production acceptance work. No manual translation, deployment, or release was dispatched.

The canonical brand and design skill updates, including their lockfile hashes, are incorporated in #303. Review and exact-head CI passed. Closing the superseded automation PR.
