What does this implement/fix?
FTL v7.0 drops its in-memory query database, the recent history stays in shared memory and goes from there straight into pihole-FTL.db (pi-hole/FTL#3303). this adds a short note to the page on the query database: the two options database.forceDisk and files.tmp_db are gone, a leftover pihole-tmp.db can be deleted, and Docker setups can drop the two FTLCONF_ variables
the sections of both options on the configuration page are generated from FTL's pihole.toml and go away with the docs update of the v7.0 release, so this does not touch that page
