[Feature request]: Keep voice transcription recording when switching apps on iOS #24927

Feature request

Allow an active voice transcription session to keep recording while T3 Code is in the background.

Current behavior

1. Start voice transcription using the microphone in a thread's composer.
2. Switch to another app while recording.
3. Return to T3 Code.

Recording is interrupted and a transcription error appears. The exact error wording was not captured.

Expected behavior

Recording continues across app switches. Returning to T3 Code preserves the active session and captures speech recorded while using another app.

Use case

While dictating a prompt, I want to switch to another app to read output aloud or describe an image on screen. This lets me give the agent context without copying text or attaching screenshots. Recording should not require T3 Code to remain in the foreground.

Acceptance criteria

• Switching apps does not stop an active recording or cause a transcription error.
• Speech recorded while another app is open appears in the transcription.
• Returning to T3 Code lets me continue and finish the same recording.

Environment

T3 Code iOS app. App version, device model, and iOS version not recorded.
