- added jupyter notebook demonstrating a science use case of the OPERA EGIS service analyzing surface water extent changes at Lake Mead - added cell at beginning of notebook to check if all required packages are installed and provide install commands for any missing packages - added memory tracking to the EGIS query cell to help users understand how much memory the exports are using - added markdown throughout - added link to notebook in GIS.qmd, OPERA.qmd, and OPERA_EGIS_access.ipynb - added link to notebook and a `Next Steps` markdown cell to the end of OPERA_EGIS_access_Python.ipynb - updated SWOT.qmd with links to Hydrocron_SWOT_timeseries_examples_basic.ipynb - updated links to Hydrocron documentation in SWOT.qmd
