docs: the rc.22 notes say contract infer writes the convenience date types, and the MySQL READMEs say MySQL reads - #30924
In 8.0.0-rc.22, prisma contract infer writes a PostgreSQL timestamptz column differently:
// before 8.0.0-rc.22: an ISO 8601 string, every digit kept
createdAt TimestamptzString @default(now())// 8.0.0-rc.22: a JavaScript Date, milliseconds only
createdAt DateTime(precision: 6) @default(now())
The rc.22 release notes did not say so. Someone who infers a contract again gets a field that reads a Date instead of a string, and loses microseconds, with no warning in the notes. This PR adds that to the first breaking change in docs/releases/v8.0.0-rc.22.md and the matching CHANGELOG.md entry. It lists what each date and time column is inferred as, and says as: string keeps the string. The source for each mapping is packages/3-targets/postgres/1-target/test/psl-infer/infer-column-types.test.ts.
The published GitHub Release for v8.0.0-rc.22 gets the same text.
It also corrects two package READMEs that 8.0.0-rc.22 made wrong. @prisma/orm-mysql said its query client had "not landed yet", and @prisma/orm-target-mysql said it carried the control plane only. Since #30863 and #30893, mysql({ contract, url }) reads through the ORM and the SQL builder, runs raw SQL and transactions, and refuses writes through the ORM or SQL builder. Both READMEs now say that, and list the /runtime and /static entrypoints.
Review found one more error, in the notes and in my READMEs. The rc.22 notes said the MySQL drivers send every value as a server-side prepared-statement parameter. That was true after #30893, but #30918 also shipped in rc.22: the driver now hands each statement to the mariadb package, which writes the values into the statement with its own escaping, in one round trip. The notes, CHANGELOG.md and both READMEs now say that. The docs site had the same sentence; prisma/web#8672 fixes it.
Clarified how PostgreSQL date and time types map to convenience types, including timestamptz reads as JavaScript Date values and how to preserve string reads and microsecond precision.
Documented MySQL runtime reads through ORM, SQL-builder, raw SQL, and transactions. Values are escaped into statements, with one round trip per statement.
Clarified MySQL limitations, including unsupported row writes, row locks, and LATERAL joins, and documented runtime entrypoints and session settings.

Walkthrough
The changelog and release notes document PostgreSQL date/time inference and read behavior. The MySQL documentation describes runtime read capabilities, value escaping, limitations, and entrypoints.
The changelog and release notes list date/time types emitted by contract infer and contract print. They describe timestamptz reads as JavaScript Date values that lose microseconds, and note that as: string with precision 6 preserves string reads and microsecond precision.

The READMEs describe MySQL runtime reads, statement values escaped by mariadb, unsupported operations, session settings, and runtime entrypoints. The changelog and release notes state that each statement uses one round trip.

corresponding statement in the `orm-target-mysql` README.
