fix(adapter-pg): serialize queries within transactions to prevent concurrent client query deprecation (#30925) - #30930
Inside an interactive $transaction, queries that load multiple relations concurrently (e.g. findMany with 3+ includes) issue queries in parallel via the transaction's pinned pg.PoolClient. In pg 8.22+, calling client.query() while an existing query is executing emits:
(node) DeprecationWarning: Calling client.query() when the client is already executing a query is deprecated and will be removed in pg@9.0. Use async/await or an external async flow control mechanism instead.
Fix
In PgTransaction, chain performIO calls through a per-transaction queryQueue so queries dispatched concurrently on the single transaction client execute sequentially.
Ensure commit() and rollback() wait for this.queryQueue before releasing the client.
Add unit test asserting that concurrent queries inside a transaction are executed with at most 1 active query at any time.

Bug Fixes
Queries issued concurrently within a PostgreSQL transaction now run one at a time, avoiding overlapping execution on the same connection.
Committing or rolling back a transaction now waits for queued queries to finish before completing cleanup and releasing the connection.

Walkthrough
PgTransaction serializes query execution through a promise queue. Commit and rollback wait for queued queries before cleanup and client release. A test checks that three concurrently requested queries execute one at a time.
The change serializes queries inside interactive transactions, which addresses the pg 8.22 deprecation. However, a query submitted while commit or rollback is in progress can still run after the connection is returned to the pool. This is an edge case, but it should be closed before merging by rejecting new queries once completion begins.

Explanation
Issue [#30925] requires relation-load queries within one interactive transaction to execute one at a time on the pinned connection. PgTransaction.performIO now chains each query through queryQueue. commit() and rollback() await the queue before cleanup and client release. The added unit test starts three concurrent transaction queries and verifies maxConcurrentQueries is 1.

Clear the queue’s fulfillment value after each query.
this.queryQueue = result.catch(() => {}) retains the raw PostgreSQL result and its fields array. While a transaction remains active, this can also retain the query’s rows array if the caller has already discarded its returned result. Resolve the queue to undefined while returning result unchanged.

Close the queue before committing or rolling back.
If commit() or rollback() starts while a query is pending, a caller that already holds the transaction can submit another query after the lifecycle method captures this.queryQueue. The client can then be released before that query runs. Because pg.PoolClient.release() returns the client to the pool without invalidating the client object, the late query can run on a pooled client that may already serve another operation.
Mark the transaction as closing before awaiting the queue, and reject new performIO() calls while it is closing. Apply the same rule to both lifecycle methods.
