Adds three comparison pages (control what an agent can do, Proofable or an identity provider, Proofable or a policy engine) and turns SEO indexing on. Robot rules stay a discovery preference, not an access boundary.

Every page here was task-shaped: a title, then steps for a reader who already
chose Proofable. A question like "which is better, an identity provider or
Proofable" had nothing on the site to answer it.

Three pages under learn/compare now open with the reader's question, state what
the page settles, and say plainly when the other option is the better one. They
compare on mechanism and scope only, and claim no conformance and no rank.

docs.json adds the Compare group and sets seo.indexing to all, so pages that
are not in the nav are still citable.

public/robots.txt is removed. It was tracked since the first release and never
served: the platform generates robots.txt at the edge, already allows every
crawler, and carries the Content-Signal directives that opt the docs into
search and AI answers. A custom file at the root replaces that one as-is and
drops the directives, so the file was not an unused extra; it was a trap that
would have narrowed AI access the first time anyone edited it.
