Format an empty set as set() in the console exporter - #2671

Conversation
The console exporter printed an empty set as {}, the same text as an empty
dict, and an empty frozenset as frozenset({}). Write set() and frozenset(),
as repr() does.

The console exporter prints an empty
setas{}, the same text as an empty dict, becauseJsonArgsValueFormattersends sets through_format_list_likewith{/}and an empty list writes nothing between them. An emptyfrozensetcomes out asfrozenset({}).Both formatters now write
set()andfrozenset()for an empty value, asrepr()does, the wayempty_tuplealready gives(). A non-empty set goes through_format_list_likeunchanged.Verification
There is no issue for this. It follows #2534 and #2591, which fixed
rangeandbytearrayin the same formatter.@alexmojaki, I'd keep this to
setandfrozenset, sincedequeandtuplealready print an unambiguous empty value. Anything else you'd want covered here?
