Quillmark Open Source is an initiative of Quillmark LLC.
Compliance Flag is a Python CLI for preparing reviewer-ready reports on public URLs and local content files that a team is authorized to review.
It preserves the source material, compares Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) marketing content against bundled SEC regulatory sources, and organizes the results for qualified compliance, legal, or supervisory review.
The analysis is performed by an AI model, so the report should be treated as structured review support, not as a substitute for professional judgment.
Quillmark LLC maintains these projects. Contributions are welcome when they make the tools easier to inspect, test, or use with care.
Good ways to get involved:
- open issues with clear bug reports, questions, or workflow ideas
- improve documentation and examples
- test projects in real development environments
- propose focused changes through pull requests
- share use cases that would make the projects more useful
These projects are maintainer-led for now. Maintainer roles and governance may expand if the contributor community grows enough to support that responsibly.
