Context

On the course of another investigation it came up that since the deploys have been done with Docker and deploy.sh, some capistrano config files were leftover but totally unused, took the chance to do a cleanup

Implemented changes

Deleted all the related unused files and Rubocop rules related to the files in question.

Thanks for cleaning this up!

Deploys have been done with Docker and deploy.sh for a long time (capistrano gem was dropped from the Gemfile in 6679192), so these files have been unused since then. Also drops some Rubocop Layout/LineLength excludes that no longer point at anything with the files gone.
