Update GPU runner coverage in the shared test matrices:
amd64A100 test coverage out of pull-request CI and into nightlies.arm64A100 pull-request coverage to avoid overloading the ARM L4 runner pool.amd64L4 pull-request test jobs with RTX Pro 6000 coverage.Impact
Pull-request CI should reduce use of scarce
amd64A100 capacity while maintaining nightly coverage for that runner class. The matrix keeps ARM A100 usage in PRs because A100s are a meaningful part of the ARM GPU pool.
