Summary: Android `SafeAreaView` ignored the `pointerEvents` prop, so a `SafeAreaView` with `pointerEvents="box-none"` still caught touches outside its children instead of passing them to the views underneath. `ReactSafeAreaView` now implements `ReactPointerEventsView` and `ReactSafeAreaViewManager` applies `pointerEvents` in `updateProperties`.
