Propagate the CVE-2026-91403 certificate-distrust mitigation from JDK #15 into all five Gradle/JDK variants. Use exact JDK tags 8u504 / 11.0.32.1 / 17.0.20.1 / 21.0.12.1 / 25.0.4.1 and pull the current upstream manifest. Preserve Gradle versions, checksums and latest selection.
Add PR image builds without publication so both architectures are checked before merging. Master builds retain publication and scanning.
Validation: PR CI 39781585320 passed all five variants on amd64 and arm64, including actual Gradle version checks. Upstream JDK publication completed successfully and all new GHCR manifests were verified for both architectures and expected Java patch metadata. Matrix consistency, workflow syntax and diff checks passed.
