• Verified the Q&A template exists on the feature branch and contains its expected fields.

Follow-up after merge

• Verify the Discussions category slugs correspond to q-a, ideas, show-and-tell, and general, renaming templates if existing slugs differ.
• Configure Q&A as a question-and-answer category, with the remaining categories open-ended.
• Keep Announcements for maintainer posts.
• Confirm that each form renders correctly after merge. Category settings must be managed in the GitHub UI and are not modified by this PR.
