Adds U+20C1 SAUDI RIYAL SIGN, U+20C3 UAE DIRHAM SIGN and U+20C4 OMANI RIAL SIGN to the roman and italic sources, in all masters, with kerning against the T, V, W, Y, D, one, seven and nine groups. Resolves rsms#902. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds the three new Gulf currency signs to Inter, roman and italic:

What's in this PR
Inter-Roman.glyphspackageandInter-Italic.glyphspackage, drawn in all six masters (Thin, Regular and Black, Text and Display), so they interpolate across the fullopszandwghtranges.riyalSaudi,dirham,rialOmani). Production names are set explicitly, since the glyph data bundled with glyphsLib doesn't know these code points yet.T,V,W,Y,D,one,sevenandninegroups, the same pairs in roman and italic.eurocurrencyandsomsignin the glyph order.No other glyphs, features or font info are changed.
