This reverts commit 4e97775.
This reverts commit 2a204df.
The two preceding reverts undo PR #38 (Node 16 fetch shim) and the jest-v29 pin that compensated for it. Set engines.node to >=18 so npm enforces the floor matching what the code actually depends on (global fetch in RabbitMQManagementClient), and remove Node 16 from the multi-version test matrix.
