Impedance measurement on multi-peripheral devices needs to be addressed to a specific peripheral, matching the existing SelfTestQuery convention. Add a peripheral_id field (uint32, field 2) to ImpedanceQuery. This is a backward-compatible additive change. Bump VERSION 2.4.0 -> 2.4.1. Closes #79
