Summary

Shopware Nexus has moved from beta to Early Access. This updates the Nexus product docs to reflect the current status and capabilities.

Reframe (beta → Early Access)

  • index.md: status notice, "Available in…", "Limitations in…", and the roadmap heading reworded from beta to Early Access.
  • getting-started.md: prerequisite, company-linking warning, and known-limitations heading reworded.
  • Clarified that on-premise/self-hosted deployment is not being considered at this time (moved out of the Early-Access limitations list, which implied a later milestone).

Document shipped capabilities not previously covered

  • New User Management page: Admin / Builder / Viewer roles, invitations, per-company (tenant) access.
  • Workflow versioning (history, compare, restore) — documented and removed from the "coming at GA" roadmap, since it has shipped.
  • Execution monitoring corrected: a per-node timeline and per-node payload inspection are now available, so the "no per-node logs / limited payload inspection" limitations were removed.
  • Surfaced config templates, manual run, and JSON import/export.

Remaining limitations (SLA, 24/7 support, EU-only, marketplace) are unchanged. The AI authoring assistant is still feature-flagged and Discord is not yet shipped, so neither is documented.

Checklist

  • I reviewed affected links, code samples, and cross-references, including PageRef references where relevant.
  • I added or updated redirects in .gitbook.yaml if pages were moved, renamed, or deleted. (No pages moved/renamed; new page added.)
  • I updated .wordlist.txt (and sorted it) if spellcheck flags new legitimate terms. (Spellcheck passes; no new terms.)
  • Any required dependent changes in downstream modules have already been merged and published.
  • This pull request is ready for review.

Notes

Spellcheck (make spellcheck) and markdownlint pass on the Nexus docs.

Shopware Nexus has moved from beta to Early Access. Update the Nexus
product docs accordingly: rename the status notice, the available-features
and limitations sections, and the getting-started prerequisites/limitations.
Feature scope and limitations are unchanged; GA remains the target milestone
for the roadmap table.

This comment was marked as resolved.

Add a User Management page (Admin/Builder/Viewer roles, invitations,
per-company access) and document workflow versioning (history, compare,
restore), which has shipped. Correct the execution-monitoring section: a
per-node timeline and per-node payload inspection are now available, so the
"no per-node logs / limited payload inspection" limitations are removed.
Also surface config templates, manual run, and JSON import/export.

Add a feedback callout on the Nexus overview and a pointer from
Troubleshooting to the Nexus club, where Early Access users can ask
questions and share feedback.
