getting-started, the architecture tree, rotate, vps, expiry, bundle and back-up-and-restore still described only the flat profiles/<profile>/ layout and keys on disk. Each now covers categories and 1Password profiles where it matters: a 1Password key's private half is not in a bundle and comes back from the vault, and expiry points at batch rotation. The machine-user recipe now explains why a GitHub App cannot stand in for an SSH key.
Moves Unreleased into 3.2.0: profile categories, 1Password key stores, batch rotation and key regen-pub, plus the fixes merged since 3.1.1.
