Remove unused PrimaryBoardAction machinery, keymap_help_label, is_unbound_normal_char, StepsWindow, setup_agent_detected_json, and format_scope. Keep PrimaryCaptureAction and the capture module file. Co-authored-by: build <build@smarzban.com>
Drop tests/fixtures/current_store_v15.json (unreferenced) and the unused project_row helper plus its ProjectRow and paths_equivalent imports in queue_board_model. Co-authored-by: build <build@smarzban.com>
Lift !p !t !a !b !w in parseCapture with shared argument rules, return assignee/base/after and refusal strings, and wire the demo save/expand paths to copy fields or keep the draft open on refuse. Co-authored-by: build <build@smarzban.com>
