System Requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
  • 4 GB RAM
  • 200 MB disk space
  • Chrome or Edge browser (for extension)

Note: Windows SmartScreen may show a warning because the app is not code-signed. Click "More info" then "Run anyway" to proceed.

Two Ways to Save Pages

Method 1: Browser Extension (One-Click)

The browser extension lets you save any web page with one click.

Chrome:

  1. Go to chrome://extensions
  2. Enable "Developer mode" (top right)
  3. Click "Load unpacked"
  4. Select the extension folder from the installation directory

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Go to edge://extensions
  2. Enable "Developer mode" (left sidebar)
  3. Click "Load unpacked"
  4. Select the extension folder from the installation directory

Once installed, click the Print Later icon in your toolbar and hit "Save to Print Queue". You can also right-click any page and select "Save to Print Later".

Method 2: Ctrl+P with Auto-Import (Any Browser)

Works with any browser including Firefox, Safari, or any other browser that supports printing.

  1. Open Print Later and go to Settings
  2. Set your "PDF Save Location" (e.g., Documents\Print Later)
  3. Enable "Auto-Import PDFs"
  4. Press Ctrl+P in any browser
  5. Select "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the printer
  6. Save the PDF file to the folder you set in step 2
  7. Print Later automatically detects and imports the PDF into your queue

No manual import needed. The PDF appears in your queue within seconds.
