Link the API reference at api-docs.transifex.com - #132

The API reference is now published at api-docs.transifex.com. The old transifex.github.io/openapi URL redirects there, but stops being the canonical address once the openapi repo moves to the xtm-group org. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
