This puts tech on jumping through the 1 tile gap first try.
FastPillarsSetupRoom was too uncomfortable for Hard in our weekly race.

These made it look like all the heat frames need to be looked at.
I didn't see a way to help with Top of PillerSetupRoom->Tourian Hoppers on 1 Etank+Screw.

Yeah it's a little suspicious that the 5->1 option with Space Jump shares the same heat frames with the wall jump variant, because the wall jump should be faster (with first try success). But I know a lot of heated strats were done like that, and we can split them up later to refine them. Adding extra lenience like this to get in the hole with a walljump makes sense. Even with Space Jump it's not trivial to get in the hole, though you can retry faster with Space Jump so maybe that case is already covered enough by the multiplier.

The top of the room seems ok with Screw and 1 tank. With Hard multiplier leniency I think you would be expected to climb the right wall, which is pretty easy to do while still having enough health to tank a Hopper hit in the next room.
