canHorizontalDamageBoostshould be replaced with the notable- heatFrames can almost go below 9s here
- the first freeze is trickier with a spike suit

Yeah I agree the heatFrames were loose, reduced them a lot now. On the other hand the lavaFrames didn't look possible so I increased those.
The canHorizontalDamageBoost option would already include a h_complexToCarryFlashSuit, but I added it now explicitly in the strat at the top level. I'm not sure the flash suit makes it any harder than other horizontal damage boosts. I also don't really understand how the variant of this trick is supposed to work that doesn't do the horizontal damage boosts; when I try it, the freezes seem a lot harder to get off, and I take way more extra spike hits than the logic indicates. So I wonder if the horizontal damage boosts should maybe just be considered a required prerequisite for the trick?

I see what is meant by not damageboosting. You use all three maws to step on, maybe delay a bit while they position better. Its just different timings from the dboost version. I get as low as 3 seconds longer without dboosts, and 2 extra spike hits L->R, 1 extra spike R->L.

This tightens heat frames in Lava Farm Tunnel, by assuming a tighter pause abuse where you fall into the lava for your initial drops; this makes it so that in Insane you can now logically make it from the farm to either of the right doors and back tankless. Tightened a few heat/lava frames in Lava Grapple Tunnel as well.
