Thanks, I will need to check all of the places that zarr is used to see if there is any usage of APIs that changed between v2 and v3 package versions Unfortunately it also looks like the requires-python version will need to be bumped in order to add these dependencies. I guess it is due to the discrepancy between Scientific Python and overall Python. It looks like Google Colab and HuBMAP Workspaces notebooks both support 3.12 now so should be ok to bump. |
