This PR refactors the benchmarks into a monorepo where apps/www serves a new next app hosting UI for the benchmarks, and apps/data serves json data from the gh-pages branch.

It does not change any fixtures, scenarios or methodology for the existing benchmarks suite, rather it is a cleanup of the existing architecture to provide us with some more functionality for a server-hosted ui application.

It overhauls the UI to support SSR, better graph visualizations, fine-tuning charts, dynamic opengraph images, and agent-readiness of benchmarks to include .md routes, llms.txt pages and an MCP documenting the data which the new "api" returns.
