fix(runtime-dom): support .left/.right modifiers on dynamic event names - #16183
@[evt].left with evt = 'click' never fires the handler, while @click.left on the same element works. The same happens with @[evt].right and contextmenu, and for mousedown / mouseup / pointer events. Keyboard events are unaffected.
For a dynamic event name the compiler cannot tell whether left/right means the mouse button or the arrow key, so resolveModifiers in compiler-dom/src/transforms/vOn.ts puts the modifier in both lists and emits withKeys(withModifiers(fn, ["left"]), ["left"]). At runtime the outer withKeys starts with if (!('key' in event)) return, which is true for a MouseEvent, so the event is dropped before the button guard in withModifiers ever runs. withKeys now lets a keyless event through when the modifier list holds the ambiguous left/right and leaves the button check to the inner withModifiers, which is what the static @click.left path already does. Keyless events without those modifiers are still dropped, so @[evt].enter with evt = 'click' keeps its current behavior; relaxing that too would be a separate change.
The double listing in the compiler dates back to 6b63ba2, which fixed static .left/.right handling; the dynamic-name runtime path was never covered.
Fixed combined left/right event modifiers so they correctly filter mouse clicks by button while continuing to match the corresponding arrow keys. Other mouse buttons and nonmatching keys no longer trigger the handler.
withKeys now forwards keyless events when left or right modifiers are present. Tests cover matching and nonmatching mouse buttons and arrow keys.

withKeys forwards keyless events for left and right modifiers, allowing withModifiers to check the mouse button. Tests cover matching and nonmatching mouse buttons and arrow keys.
Dynamic mouse modifiers now work, but handlers can also run for keyless synthetic keyboard events and buttonless touch events. These bounded edge cases warrant correction or explicit owner acceptance.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title names the change: withKeys-based handling now lets keyless events through for the .left/.right modifiers, so mouse events with dynamic event names reach the withModifiers button check. The raw summary confirms this, with a vOn.ts change for left/right detection and a matching vOn.spec.ts test. The title is specific and scoped to the main change. The fix(runtime-dom) prefix matches the package touched.
Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
Issue #16182 requires @[evt].left and @[evt].right to fire for mouse events with dynamic names, matching static @click.left. The reviewed head changes withKeys in packages/runtime-dom/src/directives/vOn.ts. A keyless event now reaches fn(event) when modifiers contains left or right. The inner withModifiers then performs the button check. Keyless events without those modifiers still return early, so the @[evt].enter behavior described in the issue is unchanged. The keyboard path ('key' in event, keyNames matching, compat key codes) is unchanged. The fix is event-type independent, so it covers the contextmenu, mouseup, and pointer cases in the issue, not only mousedown. The added test in packages/runtime-dom/tests/directives/vOn.spec.ts builds withKeys(withModifiers(fn, [modifier]), [modifier]), which mirrors the compiler output quoted in the issue. It checks that the non-matching button does not call the handler, the matching button does, ArrowLeft/ArrowRight keydown does, and key a does not. The compiler output was taken from the issue text. I did not re-inspect compiler-dom, which this PR does not change. No unmet coding requirement was found.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The PR changes two files: the withKeys guard in packages/runtime-dom/src/directives/vOn.ts (+7 lines, including a comment) and one new test case in packages/runtime-dom/tests/directives/vOn.spec.ts. Both relate directly to issue #16182. No unrelated files or refactors appear in the summary. One side effect follows from the fix. For a dynamic name with .left or .right, a keyless event that has no button property (for example a FocusEvent when the dynamic name is focus) now reaches the handler, because the left/right guards return false when button is absent. Static @focus.left already behaves this way, so the dynamic path now matches the static path. This follows from the requested behavior and is not an unrelated change.

Keep keyless keyboard events out of the key guard.
A synthetic keyup event without a key now invokes static @keyup.left and @keyup.right handlers. Previously, withKeys ignored it. Preserve that behavior while forwarding keyless mouse events for dynamic bindings.

Require a button before forwarding keyless events.
When @[evt].right listens for touchstart, a buttonless touch event reaches the handler. The inner guard does not reject events without button. Require a button before forwarding keyless events so the handler runs only for a matching button.
