Added the option to support evaluation using Multiple GPUs and Batch Size > 1
added a preprocess_eval function used to support the preprocessing in the evaluation using multiple GPUs and Batch Size > 1

Evaluation could earlier be done using only Batch Size = 1 and GPU = 1.
Evaluation can now be done using bigger batch size and multiple GPUs.
