Upstream transferred to STFC-Mod/mod (same GitHub repository ID 693298224). Update current clone/install/help/example links and the macOS release API endpoint, and restore official protected-push attestation eligibility under the new repository name.

Keep provider/distribution identity and original author credit unchanged. Document that historical attestation signer claims retain their original identity; this does not broaden signer policy. Contributor instructions keep the existing local clone directory.

Validation: Windows release build, complete-diff and ancestry contamination checks, three independent review lanes including correction review, and exact-head Windows/Apple Silicon/Intel Mac builds, macOS packaging and config CI passed. No downstream-only source or history is included. The first eligible upstream push must verify post-transfer attestation issuance; macOS updater player smoke remains unverified.
